**NOTICE**: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read them carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of our products, including online courses.
**GENERAL PROVISIONS**
This website is owned and operated by Fusion Accounting + Recruitment Inc., operating as The Warrington Group. Our principal place of business is located at 168 Hobsons Lake Drive, Suite 301, Halifax NS B3S 0G4.
Users must be at least sixteen years of age to use our website. Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on reputable platforms and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety of your individual use of the website. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
**TERMS OF SITE ACCESS AND COURSE/PRODUCT AGREEMENT**
All programs, products, and services, including the "3 Point Play" course, are owned and provided by The Warrington Group. The term "you" refers to any user or purchaser of our offerings. These Terms and Conditions govern your use and access to our offerings. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
By purchasing or accessing our offerings, you agree to these Terms, whether or not you have read them. If you disagree, please contact us at hello@thewarringtongroup.ca, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your access.
**INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE**
All images, text, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by or are the property of The Warrington Group or the properly attributed party. Using our intellectual property in whole or in part is a violation of federal law and may be prosecuted.
**ONLINE COURSE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE**
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only to access content in the offerings you have paid for or opted to receive. This includes the "3 Point Play" course, designed and instructed by our CEO, Jen Warrington.
**YOUR PRODUCT OR COURSE USE AND CONSENT**
You agree you are at least 16 years old to access our offerings. Access by minors is a violation of these terms.
**PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY**
We handle client information with utmost discretion, using secure files, confidentiality agreements, and NDAs.
**PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY**
Career Strategy Services:
All payments for our Career Strategy services, including the "3 Point Play" digital course, are processed through Teachable.
Given the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted to the programs, we do not offer refunds for the "3 Point Play" course once purchased.
Recruitment Services:
Our recruitment services include a non-refundable client engagement fee.
Invoices issued post-interview arrangements are also non-refundable.
We offer a full candidate replacement guarantee, valid for either a three or six-month period, depending on the specific role. This guarantee is detailed in our recruitment agreement.
Late payment policy: Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe will incur a late payment charge of 2% per month, effective January 1st. This charge applies to all recruitment service invoices, including the final invoice issued upon candidate placement.
Please review these policies carefully. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
**DISPUTE RESOLUTION**
Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual agreement. Legal assistance is sought when necessary.
