How much time should I expect to spend each day?

• The daily lessons are designed to take approximately 10 minutes, followed by one focused action. Some activities, such as updating your resume or LinkedIn profile, may take longer depending on how much work your existing documents/profile require.

When does the challenge begin and end?

• The live founding cohort runs from October 13th to November 10th, 2026.

What if I’m currently employed and need confidentiality?

• You’re welcome to participate privately. You control what you share in the community, and you will not be required to publicly announce that you’re exploring new opportunities.

Do I need to be actively applying for jobs?

• No. BE SEEN is also for experienced professionals who are considering a move and want to prepare strategically before beginning an active search.

Will you write or rewrite my resume and LinkedIn profile?

• No. This is a group challenge, not a private resume-writing or career-coaching service. You’ll receive recruiter-led guidance, frameworks and strategic direction to help you strengthen your own materials.

Will I receive individual feedback from Jen?

• You’ll have opportunities to ask questions during the weekly live Q&A sessions and within the community. However, the challenge does not include a private resume review or one-to-one coaching.

What if I can’t attend a live Q&A?

• You can still complete the daily lessons and participate in the community. We’ll confirm the replay arrangements and live-session schedule before the challenge begins.

Is this suitable for someone changing industries or careers?

• Yes. Identifying transferable skills, clarifying your value and learning how to communicate your experience are important parts of the challenge.

Will this guarantee that I receive interviews, a new job or a salary increase?

• No. Your results will depend on factors including your experience, goals, market conditions and the actions you take. BE SEEN provides guidance, tools and support, but it cannot guarantee a specific employment or compensation outcome.

What happens after I register?

• You’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by instructions for accessing the lessons, live sessions, resources and private community before the challenge begins.
